Demon Tour: From Paradise to Godless Nation, Haiti part 2 of 3
Rev. Jean-Bertrand Aristide, after two successful presidential campaigns , once winning 92% of the votes in the 2000 Haitian election. The masses loved him but the small elite community Aristide was only in office seven months before the first coup removed him from office. According to Constant during the Raboteau Massacre trial, he admitted to being on the Central Intelligence Agency’s (CIA’s) payroll getting paid $500 monthly (all of my reseach shows that his orders and actions of his militarized gang were to impose horrific acts to the citizens in order to destabilize Haiti and/or Aristide’s government with extreme violence). All of which, severely undermined Aristides power in an already economically challenged country.
The brutality that Front for the Advancement and Progress of Haiti (FRAPH) imposed on the Haitian people after Aristides speech about the $21,685,135,571.48 “French debt” (with inflation in 2023 its $28 billion. Some estimates claims that France and USA owes Haiti between $21-$115 billion.) to his country is story for a Horror movie with the murder of 6,000 innocent women, men, and children According to a declassified CIA reports, fraph conducted violent attacks, ran extortion rackets, and became a “major perpetrator of abuses.” Constant aka famously known as “the devil” was released after filing a $500 million lawsuit against Attorney General Janet Reno and Secretary of State Warren M. Christopher claiming that he was ordered as a CIA informant to collaborate with them to enforce US policy in Haiti.
According to Constant, shortly after Aristide’s ouster, Colonel Patrick Collins, a U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), attachés who was stationed in Haiti from 1989 to 1992, pressured him to organize a group of armed criminals that could oppose the Aristide social changes and development movement and to do the intelligence work against it. Given the DIA’s and CIA’s reputation at home and foreign countries, since their inception, I wouldn’t doubt it. Constant was eventually freed from U.S. custody with a gag order not to speak about his work with the CIA but was eventually sentenced to twelve years in prison for mail fraud in New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a $19 million judgment against him for crimes against humanity, according to Reuters.com. His comrade, Colonel Carl Dorelien, also a member of the Haitian Military’s High Command, was found guilty by a federal jury in Miami, liable for torture, extrajudicial killing, arbitrary detention, and crimes against humanity. He kept a low profile like Constant, but this degenerate was forced out of hiding like a snake in the grass when he thought he could secretly collect the $3.2 million in Florida Lottery winnings in 1997. The winnings were garnished and placed into escrow in order for the assets could be distributed on May 16, 2008, to the Raboteau Massacre victims. (A smart person would’ve selected someone close to them to collect the money instead.)

Jean-Bertrand Aristide, Ex-Haitian president returns from 7-year exile
On April 22, 1994, soldiers and paramilitary forces raided the Raboteau neighborhood in Gonaïves in northwest Haiti like pirates seeking booty, but the booty was political opposition. As part of the FRAPH’s demon tour, they went door to door lynching, robbing, and whatever else their hearts of darkness could manifest against defenseless people.
And how could I forget, Colonel Joseph-Michel François, Haitian army officer, Haiti’s Chief of National Police and notorious drug trafficker in Haiti with his private airstrip. François’s two titles alone bring conflicts of interest and is a good example of how the police and the military became one and the same. In the New York Times…
“The jailed cartel members, Enrique Arroyave and Carlos Marcantoni, who have been Federal witnesses in several cocaine cases, told the investigators that the celebration marked the shipment of 66,000 pounds of cocaine into Haiti — the same amount as in today’s indictment. They said General Cedras and Colonel Francois, among other senior Haitian military officials at the party, were paid $10 million for their help with the shipments.”
The exclusive party was a 1987 celebration at a Colombia ranch thrown to celebrate the oh-so lucrative Haitian connection. Shaken or stirred, you couldn’t mix a better cocktail for corruption and homegrown terrorists. All of which were trained in the U.S. and by U.S. military in the Caribbean, and all played a crucial role in destabilizing the country while leading the 1991 Haitian coup d’état, which took place on September 29, 1991 that removed former president Jean-Bertrand Aristide from office. Some believe Aristide was Haiti’s last hope in developing the country into its rightful place as a productive nation in the 21st century.
Meanwhile, as of late December 2023, to get peace and order back into Haiti, Kenya is spearheading a multinational police force to invade Haiti in order to get rid of the gangs. No one will tell you that the gangs that currently plagues Haiti are children of the corn created by U.S. Marines during the nineteen-year brutal occupation from 1915-1934. The Marines called their gang, gendarmerie, to maintain order in Haiti using semi-trained Haitians while their white puppet masters left the island to its own demise. The marines also left behind heavy munitions, legacy of corruption, and no resources to jobless men that used their new found power to purge neighborhoods at will. The police are a civil force; the gendarmerie is a military force, but in Haiti, the two became one of the same.

Bill Clinton shares in Haiti’s failed earthquake recovery, Wyclef Jean next to them | Miami Herald
Since Aristide made the absurd move to disband the Armed National Forces of Haiti in 1995, he left the island defenseless. And due to his compromises, he made with the World Bank, IMF, and good old demon Bill Clinton, the country became unable to feed itself or capable of competing on the international market. To make matters even worse, as if it were possible, Aristide, under immense pressure and stress, signed off on harsh economic reforms in order for the U.S. to return him to power so thsat his government could obtain devasting loan agreements totaling $550 million of expected loans and grants ($130 million of aid would come from the Inter- American Development Bank. $100 million from the World Bank of interest-free credits for projects already approved by its International Development Association. The rest was supposed to come from other independent countries. Some of the parties involved were the OAS – Organization of American States: Democracy for peace, security, and development, Clinton, the World Bank, and International Financial Institutions (IFI) World International Bank. Part of the new structural adjustment programs involved allowing Haitian ports to be wide open for trade with no quota on imports and to lower the import tariffs to a measly 3% from 50%—both were visibly disastrous economic moves for any country, particularly on a small Caribbean island. Thomas Sankara, former President of Burkina Faso, rejected the money, made it known that IFI’s loans were designed to keep countries poor and in debt before he was assassinated on October 15, 1987, after turning the West African country around in just three years. OAS really represents Democracy for war, insecurity, and underdevelopment.
There are a lot more interesting events, proposed solutions to the gang violence, and connections detailed in my book, America’s & France’s 1,000 Year War Against Haiti (Ayiti): The Assassination of a Nation, will turn a lot of heads. I’d appreciate your support by purchasing my book(s).
Many Blessings and Thanks for reading this article! I think you’re awesome!!
